# Jobdone - 我的釋疑單

說明 / 使用時機：

1. 釋疑單（<abbr>RFI</abbr>），又稱為「工程詢問單」或「問題回報單」。
    
2. 時機：在溝通不足時，或在現場施作、碰撞檢查時才發現問題時，這時候就可透過釋疑單提出釋疑/詢問，請統包回答。此外，釋疑單也可以應用在統包在介面整合，發現有設計問題時，請設計或業主回覆問題。
    
3. 類型：釋疑單可以區分成『我的釋疑單』及『專案的釋疑單』。
    
    1. 我的釋疑單：發起端，我所發出去的所有釋疑單。
        
    2. 專案的釋疑單：接受端，當接收到釋疑單之後可以依據專案來歸類，來方便權責單位進行正式回覆與紀錄。
        

教材情境：

1. 委外人員(Test0303)針對工項驗收標準有疑問，向業主發出疑問。(在手機App操作)
    
2. 業主(John-01)針對問題進行回覆。(在Web頁面操作)
    
3. 委外人員(Test0303)收到訊息，確認業主的回應內容。(在手機App操作)
    

前置作業：

1. 委外人員帳號(Test0303)需要登入Jobdone Web頁面，先將業主(John-01)加入到”我的聯絡人”，這樣在發起釋疑單的時候才有對象可以選取。

操作說明：

1. 使用委外人員(Test0303)帳號登入Jobdone App。
    
2. 點擊”我的待辦事項”。

3. 在上方功能列選擇”釋疑單”，點擊”發起釋疑單”。

4. 點擊”選擇收單人”，並選取當時派工給我的人。

5. 填寫主旨、回覆期限，按下”確認送出"按鈕，送出釋疑單。

6. 回到業主(John-01)的Web操作介面，會發現有一則通知，點擊通知符號。

7. 看到委外人員的釋疑單，點擊”前往”按鈕到釋疑單的位置。

8. 選擇專案的目的是將釋疑單歸屬到專案的釋疑單中，以便專案成員可以看到此釋疑單針對此問題進行回覆或者爭議追蹤。本次教學無歸屬專案的需求，請選擇”略過此步驟”。

9. 點擊”直接回覆並結案”來進行回覆。

10. 回到委外人員(Test0303)的手機App畫面，收到一則訊息，可以看到業主回覆的內容。
