# Jobdone - 邀請成員

說明 / 使用時機：

1. 邀請成員是將同事加入到公司組織並賦予Jobdone使用權限，例如：帳號管理、專案管理、帳務管理的權限。
    
2. 比較”成員”與”我的聯絡人”的差異：
    
    1. 成員：公司內部員工。
        
    2. 聯絡人：協力廠商、外包人員、臨時工等外部人員。
        

教材情境：

1. 公司的管理者發出邀請其他員工加入到公司組織中。
    
2. 員工同意/拒絕加入到公司組織。
    
3. 管理者幫公司成員設定權限。
    

前置作業：

1. 其他員工需要先註冊Jobdone帳號。
    

操作說明：

1. 管理者登入Jobdone。
    
2. 點擊”查看公司資訊與方案” (邀請公司成員放在此路徑下)

3. 點擊” +邀請成員”。

4. 輸入手機號碼搜尋，並邀請加入公司。

5. 員工登入Jobdone (手機或Web網頁都可以，以下是使用手機App示範)
    
6. 員工登入之後會發現有一筆邀請/申請，點選”訊息”查看訊息。可以”拒絕邀請”或者"同意加入”，我們點擊”同意加入”。

7. 再次確認加入公司，公司名稱會出現在App上。

8. 回到管理者的操作介面，會發現員工已經加入到公司組織。

9. 接下來設定管理權限，點擊”編輯權限/詳細資訊”，管理權限說明。
    
    1. 帳號權限：可以邀請、請離公司內部成員帳號及調整管理權限。
        
    2. 專案管理：可新增、編輯、刪除公司內部專案。
        
    3. 帳務管理：可購買方案及編輯帳務資訊。
        
    4. 企業版模組：開啟企業板模組授權之後，才能使用企業版的功能(包含專案管理以下之功能)，試用版提供3個企業版授權，一個月的測試期限。

    權限設定好之後，可以請員工查看Jobdone畫面是不是增加了專案管理的功能?
